Molino de Huelma

Our story began in the mountains of Jaén

Three generations of one family, one grove in Sierra Mágina, and one variety — Picual. Now you can taste our oil in the Czech Republic too.

Three generations at the heart of olive country

We’ve been producing extra virgin olive oil in Spain for three generations. Our estate lies in the mountains of Sierra Mágina in Jaén, in the heart of the world’s largest olive-growing region. We grow a single variety — Picual — on our own terraced groves at high altitude.

Cool mountain nights slow the ripening of the fruit. The oil turns out more intense, more stable, and naturally richer in antioxidants than oil grown in the lowlands.

The people behind the oil

That’s our family with a family friend who has tended these olive trees for generations and decides when the harvest begins. We know the oil from root to bottle.

No middlemen between the press and your kitchen — just a short journey from the tree to you.

What quality means to us

Harvested at altitude

Mountain climate and cooler nights give the oil character — a more intense flavour and greater stability.

One variety, one grove

Picual from the grower family’s own terraced groves — no blends from different sources.

No middlemen

From the press in Spain straight to your table — a shorter journey, a fresher oil.
