Who processes your data

The operator of the molinodehuelma.cz website and controller of personal data is Jupiter Partners, spol. s r.o., Company ID (IČ) 03244539, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ03244539, registered office at Botanická 596/7, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 84138.

What data we process and why

When you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message (and subject, if provided) — solely so that we can reply and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or, where you enquire about cooperation, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing this data is voluntary — however, without your name, email and message we cannot respond to your enquiry. We do not process form data in an automated way and do not build any profiles from it.

We keep data from the contact form only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, for no longer than 2 years from the last contact.

Traffic measurement

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic. This service does not use cookies or other tracking technologies and does not collect personal data of individual visitors — which is why the site does not need a cookie banner.

Who we share data with

We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes, nor do we sell it. Cloudflare, Inc. helps us technically operate the website, protect it from spam (captcha) and deliver messages from the contact form, acting as a processor; we then read the email containing your message in a Google (Gmail) mailbox, which acts as a second processor delivering the mail to us.

Both companies are based outside the European Union (USA). The transfer of data to them is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, by the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework), and by other guarantees these providers are contractually bound to.

Wholesale portal access request

If you fill in the “Request access” form on the Wholesale page, we process your company name, company ID, the contact person’s name, email, phone number, estimated monthly volume and the text of your message. We use this data to assess your request and, where applicable, to set up and manage your access to the wholesale portal and to negotiate supplies. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract and its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in business communication with customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is stored in a secured database on Cloudflare infrastructure (processor), and we may complete missing company details from the public ARES register.

For customers to whom we grant access, we keep the data for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for as long as required by law (in particular accounting and tax rules); for rejected or unanswered requests, for no longer than 2 years from the last contact.

Technical data, security and cookies

When you visit the website, our infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes technical data, in particular your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to the extent necessary to deliver the pages, secure the website and protect it from abuse. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which assesses whether the form is being submitted by a human, and we limit the number of submission attempts by IP address, which we keep for this purpose only briefly (in the order of minutes). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and operability of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We use a single technical cookie, jazyk (valid for 1 year), which remembers the language you chose and for which no consent is required. The security provider (Cloudflare) may, where necessary, set a short-lived security cookie that distinguishes people from automated bots. Web fonts are part of our website and are not loaded from third-party servers.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to its processing. For any request or question, you can contact us at info@molinodehuelma.cz. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz.
